At Popilush, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your shapewear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene liners intact to qualify for a return.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online Return Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging before dropping them off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
